How to delete your account and data
You can delete your Vougly account directly in the mobile app:
- Sign in to the Vougly app.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm your choice.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account at [email protected]. Use “Delete my Vougly account” as the subject. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.
What will be deleted
Deletion covers your account, profile data, uploaded photos, saved custom models, Generation history and generated content. The data will be deleted within the periods described in our Privacy Policy, except for information we must retain by law, such as transaction and accounting records.
Account deletion is permanent. Active subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled separately in the relevant store settings.
